Confirmation of your booking is required by returning the booking form to:

All bookings require a deposit cheque as stated on the booking form, no later than 14 days after making the booking. Failure to do so may result in loss of booking.

Phone or fax us 4 weeks prior to your booking with your programme.

School groups requiring help with programme design can phone the Senior Instructor on:

Private groups requiring the use of outdoor equipment and/or instruction should make arrangements with the Facility Manager.

Upon Arrival at the camp, please allow half an hour for M.0.E.C. staff to perform an orinetation talk to your entire group on camp boundaries, safety considerations, rules, and to answer your questions.

Upon Departure from the camp a M.0.E.C. staff member will perform a checkout procedure and issue an invoice. Payment should be mailed to the above address.

PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 HOURS FOR CLEAN UP AND CHECK OUT.
